John Alan Gheverghese saw a gap in the real estate market; clients were being treated like just another transaction. With a background in real estate law and a passion for service, John launched 10th Avenue Property LLC in New York, starting with a small team of experts who shared the same belief — that every client deserved personalized attention.

From its humble beginnings, the company grew steadily through word of mouth and referrals, quickly earning a reputation for reliability, trust, and integrity.
